This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit, charitable organization committed to strengthening the community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. Under the guidance of the Senior Wellness Director, a group exercise instructor is responsible for working with members in a courteous and motivating manner. This position works independently under the general direction of the Toyota Indiana Y Leadership

Location: Evansville, Indiana

Salary range is around $54,500 – 68,000, plus opportunity for annual incentive bonus of up to 10%. This is a work from home position, though it does have many in-person meeting requirements, occasional travel, and some evenings and weekends. There are a number of benefits and perks, such as generous holidays, PTO, and flex time.
