Manufacturing

Bio: Josh McKain is a seasoned manufacturing leader, strategist, and coach who’s spent his career helping businesses bridge the gap between operational performance and leadership development. He’s worked with shops of every size — from small family-run operations to large-scale manufacturers — guiding leaders to simplify their systems, clarify their priorities, and lead with confidence. Content for session: We will focus on Creating a Culture of Ownership within your company. Yes! It can be created. In fact, it MUST be created. You cannot simply hope your people start to take initiative for things. And what happens when you create this culture? You get a team who doesn't want to be told; they raise problems and pursue opportunities because they want to, as if they owned the company themselves. This webinar has 3 pillars necessary for creating a Culture of Ownership, and participants will evaluate themselves on each of those pillars.
